From ensuring a streamlined customer experience to killing it at open mic night, Tom’s an integral – and entertaining – part of the SnapCab family.
Tom Bostock was SnapCab’s first – and for a while, only – customer service representative. He developed and refined the streamlined ordering process still used to this day. Tom also helped solidify SnapCab’s reputation as a supportive, strategic partner that customers can depend on for exceptional results. As Project Manager, he continues to provide outstanding service – and elevator interiors that are just as great.
Tom joined the SnapCab team in 2003. In addition to managing projects from quote to completion, he lends an understanding ear to every customer. Tom excels at forging and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective clients and is an integral part of our growth.
Born and raised in Bryn Athyn, Pennsylvania, Tom has worked in construction, farming, and nursing. As a registered nurse, he specialized in emergency care. His quick-thinking and skill serve him well in his role at SnapCab! In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his two awesome daughters, terrific sons-in-law, and beautiful grandchildren. You might find him at local open mic nights, playing guitar and performing his own original music.
