1. SUPERVISION: The Elevator Sales Manager has the authority to direct the work of and evaluate this position
  1. RELATES TO: Elevator and Workspace Sales & Marketing (Project Managers [PM], Interior Specialists [IS])
  1. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30+ PM (plus available for overtime when necessary)
  1. POSITION OVERVIEW:
  • To assist the Sales & Marketing department in selling and fulfilling projects with current and potential SnapCab customers by fulfilling tasks and projects in a professional and timely manner.
  1. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO HOLD THIS POSITION:
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree in a related field preferred
  • Advanced computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must type minimum of 50 WPM and possess excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills

  1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (SUBJECT TO REVISION):
  • Assists with answering incoming calls
  • Assemble and package sales & marketing mailings
  • Prepare and update sales reports & dashboards in CRM
  • Maintain stock of labels for Sales
  • Coordinate and order lunch & learn meetings for Sales
  • Reconcile monthly credit card statements
  • Book travel accommodations for Sales & Installation
  • Enter, edit and maintain customer records in CRM along with all company campaigns
  • Request and maintain samples and marketing materials
  • Prepare monthly RMR meeting reports, and attend meetings
  • Report weekly and monthly sales numbers
  • Attend to other project assignments as delegated by supervisor
